As Marketing Coordinator for the F&B division of Puente Romano Beach Resort, I led the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for 8 restaurants and nightclubs, including high-profile brands like Cipriani Marbella, Chiringuito Puente Romano and La Plaza.

My role spanned brand storytelling, digital/social media strategy, and cross-channel promotion, driving engagement and footfall in a competitive luxury market.

  • Brand Storytelling: Created unified yet tailored campaigns for 6-8 distinct venues—balancing luxury, like Cipriani or Nobu, and casual-chic identities.
  • Campaigns: Designed seasonal promotions (summer beach parties, gourmet festivals) aligned with business goals.
  • Collateral: Developed posters, flyers, digital ads, menus and invitations, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Social Media: Grew engagement on Instagram/Facebook through reels, stories and influencer partnerships.
  • Email Marketing: Built and sent weekly newsletters to promote events and offers.
  • Local SEO: Optimized Google Business profiles to boost visibility for all venues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked with chefs, event teams and agencies to align marketing with operations.
  • Multicultural Adaptation: Tailored campaigns for English, Spanish, French and Russian audiences.
